Shipping typically takes between 3 to 5 business days, depending on where you are located. Once your order is processed through the mail carrier, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Once your items are accepted through the mail carrier I have no control of delayed, stolen or lost packages. To minimize potential delays, please ensure your address is accurate when placing your order.

What is your Exchange Policy?
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges or returns as a standard policy. However, we understand that unique situations can occur, and we’re open to considering requests on a case-by-case basis. If you have any concerns with your order, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your item, and we'll do our best to work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
When will I receive my Refund?
If we agree to issue a refund or re-make a product, it will be processed as quickly as possible on our end. If receiving a refund, the funds will be credited back to your original payment method, usually taking 5-10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and ensure everything is handled promptly.

What are Freshies?
Freshies are car air fresheners made from fragrance oils and aroma beads that are designed to add a pleasant scent to your car, home, or office. They are often customized with unique shapes, colors, and designs of your preference.
How strong are the scents?
The strength of the scent can vary based on the fragrance chosen and the environment you use it in. If you prefer a lighter or stronger scent, let us know, and we can offer some suggestions.
How long do Freshies Last?
Typically, freshies last anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the scent you chose as some scents are lighter or stronger than others.
Can I customize the scent or design of my Freshie?
Yes! All of our freshies can be customized with your choice of scent, color, and design. If you have specific preferences, that you don't see on our site, feel free to contact us, and we’ll do our best to create something perfect for you.
Are Freshies safe to use in my Car?
Absolutely! Freshies are perfectly safe for use in your car. We recommend hanging them in a spot where they won’t obstruct your view or come into direct contact with surfaces, as the fragrance oils could potentially cause discoloration or damage. The rearview mirror is an ideal place to display your freshie, allowing it to safely fill your car with the amazing scent you love. For a more compact option, we also offer vent clips that provide the same great fragrance in a smaller size. Please keep in mind in extreme heat/direct sun light there is a chance your freshie can melt. We recommended using a sunshade and parking in a shaded area or moving your freshie down to your blinker if this is a concern.

We offer a diverse selection of scents, from fresh and clean to sweet and fruity, catering to every preference. How do I care for my Freshie?
To extend the life of your freshie, avoid exposing it to direct sunlight or extreme heat. When parking your vehicle, try to use a sunshade or park in a shaded area. To prevent paint and glitter from chipping, avoid hanging other items with your freshie and position it high enough so it doesn't bump against your dashboard or screen.
What should I do if my freshie arrives damaged?
While we take great care in packaging our products, we understand that accidents can happen during shipping. If your freshie arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your freshie, and we’ll discuss your preferred solution.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and ShopPay. All transactions are secure and encrypted for your safety.
Can I order in bulk or for special events?
